This map gives an indication of the future layout of the Kinson Common. Two special drainage systems are likely to be installed on the site in the near future to alleviate problems caused by stream pollution.

Both the Kinson  and the Turbary Common were once extensively farmed and grazed by animals. The planned introduction of grazing  on the Turbary site will also lead to the eventual introduction of grazing  on the area marked on this map.

Natural grazing  does allow animals to reach areas which humans and machines cannot. In the longer term,  this will improve the Common in conservation terms and benefit those who also visit the site daily.
